What to Expect from the The Fenway Real Estate Market 2017
8/9/2013 Boston real estate developer Samuels & Associates, the company that developed Trilogy & 1330 Boylston, is preparing another major development in Boston's Fenway. In a presentation to the Audobon Circle Neighborhood Association the company plans to raze the Landmark Center's rear parking lot and replace it with 500 apartments. The 1440 parking space garage would be replaced underground to free up space for the proposed development. The apartment buildings would range from 10-25 floors. Several dozen parking spaces in front of the Landmark Center would be replaced with green space. Samuels bought the 1 million square foot Landmark Center building for $453 million in 2011.
